Paradise Resort is located in a nature oasis in San Teodoro, surrounded by lush greenery. The spot becomes even more idyllic where the greenery gives way to the enchanting Lu Impostu beach and the unmatched turquoise waters of Sardinia.
Paradise Resort is in the exclusive Lu Impostu area between Cala Brandinchi to the north and Puntaldìa to the south. The beach of La Cinta starts where Puntaldìa ends: the two beaches are separated by the mouth of San Teodoro’s La Foca lagoon – a treasured ecosystem, home to a rich biological variety of plants and animals. The beaten paths between the rock formations allow visitors to walk from one cove to another to admire the marvels of the sea.
San Teodoro lies inside the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara that stretches from the tip of Capo Ceraso to the tip of Isuledda, and includes the islands of Tavolara, Molara and Molarotto.

Rooms
111 rooms and suites divided into the following categories: Villa Suite, Junior Suite, Deluxe and Comfort.
The rooms differ in size and number of beds, but all are furnished in a refined and exclusive style. Each room has its own veranda and some rooms have a turret on the upper floor from which guests can enjoy a captivating view across the crystal waters of Sardinia and the total intimacy that comes from the hush of surrounding nature.

Beach
The first stop during any stay at Paradise Resort should be the Lu Impostu beach, accessible on foot by following a path through the lush Mediterranean greenery. The beach is a true masterpiece of nature: fine white sand surrounded by the crystal waters of Sardinia that expand and contract thanks to the fascinating phenomenon of the tides. Guests in Comfort and Deluxe room have to pay the beach service on the spot: June and September € 16,00; July € 18,00; August € 21,00 per day (prices may vary).

Families
Mini club: The magical and romantic atmosphere of Paradise Resort doesn’t prevent our younger guests from having fun: an experienced team will take care of your children, organising interesting educational activities and games for them to have fun and ensure mum and dad can lie back and fully relax!

Restaurant
The restaurants are the icing on the cake of a dream holiday. The main restaurant will delight our guests with its wide but exclusive selection of local and national dishes: the à la carte restaurant “Piccola Cucina” (open in high season) will make your mouth water with its catch of the day.

Sport
Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the resort’s proximity to Puntaldìa Golf Club with its landscaped 9-hole course, just 2 km away, and to Pevero Golf Club, 18 holes, just 55 km away. Both clubs benefit from breath-taking locations. San Teodoro offers numerous possibilities for all kinds of sports, from land sports such as tennis, football and volleyball to water sports including diving and snorkelling, canoeing and kayaking as well as fishing and kitesurfing. For guests who like to practise a sport while being at one with nature, the possibilities include horse riding, mountain biking, trekking and jogging. San Teodoro also has an airfield for ultralight aircraft. This is the place for guests who want to enjoy the wonderful view of Sardinia from a truly unique location!
