Hotel
Hotel Stefania is a boutique 4-star hotel which consists of a main building built in 1992 and of a villa located 80 meters away and inaugurated in 2004. The small number of rooms guarantees the satisfaction of all needs and preferences of guests, getting the best from the high quality services offered by the Hotel. Hotel Stefania has an outdoor swimming pool with solarium (umbrellas, sunbeds and one poll towel for stay) , a paddling pool for children and a Jacuzzi dipped in the manicured garden. It also houses the Nino’s restaurant and the breakfast room, a fitness and a massage room, a meeting and a poolroom.

Rooms
The 40 rooms of the Hotel are spread over the main building (30 rooms) and the Villa Stefania (10 rooms). The rooms in the Villa are located in the ground floor with private and rattan furniture equipped garden or in the 1st floor with balcony.
The rooms in the Hotel's main building occupy two floors and overlook the white beach of Pittulongu or the garden. The furnishings and precious tapestries are Arab-Moorish inspired, and all rooms provide air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, minibar, safe and private bathroom with shower or tub and hair dryer.

Beach
Just a few steps from the Hotel Stefania, the beach of Pittulongu presents a white and fine sand and a turquoise sea. At guest disposal, a private area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds(from June to September).

Restaurant
For over 35 years, Nino's restaurant has been one of the most highly regarded and patronized restaurants - not only by tourists staying at the Hotel Stefania, but also by the local residents of Olbia and the surrounding area. Furthermore, it has been suggested by the main restaurant guides such as the Michelin’ and Touring Club Italiano.
The restaurant offers flavor’s and scents of typical Sardinia regional cuisine, with many fish and homemade specialties offered in a Mediterranean atmosphere enriched with a hint of the sea. All ingredients are daily selected to prepare appetizers, hot and cold dishes, cooked or raw vegetables and fresh fruit.
The buffet breakfast is served in the sea view veranda of the Restaurant while for dinner guests can choose among a delicious 3-course menu. Drinks and snacks are available at the bar on the terrace and around the pool.
