Putzu Idu – in the Municipality of San Vero Milis – is located on the south-western coast of Sardinia, within the Marine Protected Area "Penisola del Sinis - Isola di Mal di Ventre". The area not only has many spectacular beaches – such as Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda, S'Arena Scoada and Is Aruttas – and old Spanish watch towers (Capo Mannu, Saline and Scala 'e Sali), it also includes the archaeological site of Tharros, a Phoenician town conquered by the Carthaginians and the Romans.

Restaurant
The Hotel’s restaurant, "Nautilus", offers delicious typical Sardinian dishes all year round. Fish and meat first and second courses are prepared traditionally and accompanied by excellent red and white wines.
