Location
The Falkensteiner Resort Chia is located in the south-west coast of Sardinia, about 55 kms from Cagliari. The Chia area is a real paradise: the crystal clear sea and the many beaches formed by white sand dunes, give way to a countryside rich in vineyards and gardens. On the background you can see the mountains of the Natural Reserve of Cannoneris.

Hotel
The Falkensteiner Resort Chia is a only adults hotel (children must be at least 12 years old). It consists of a series of buildings located on the side of a hill. The property recalls an old village in the countryside. The view from here is simply breathtaking. The Central Building hosts several facilities such as the Reception, the Wellness Center, the Convention Center and the Bar. The rooms are located in buildings placed in the garden, around the central building. The large dining room overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. Close to the pool there is a convenient outdoor bar, conceived to offer the maximum comfort and relax to all guests.

Rooms
The hotel has 217 rooms, (10 rooms for disabled are available - Comfort rooms at the first floor) each with equipped patio or terrace / balcony. All rooms have air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, minibar and bathroom with shower (no possibility to have bathtubs). They are divided into:
Comfort Garden View and Comfort side sea view: double rooms - 17-23 sqm
Superior Garden View and Superior side sea view: triple rooms - 20-26 sqm
Family rooms: 30-35 sqm up to 5 people

Beach
The private beach-area of the Falkensteiner Resort Chia - equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas - is located on the Porticciolo Beach, 400 mts far from the hotel, which can be reached with a pleasant walk along the wooden platform. 
It takes only 10 minutes  to reach the other marvellous beaches of Chia (Monte Cogoni, Dune di Campana, Su Giudeu, Tuerredda)

Wellness Centre
The Parco Torre's Wellness Centre (open from 6/06 to 15/09) is the ideal place where you can relax your body and your mind after a long day at the beach. The Centre is located on the main building first floor and it offers: humid path with emotional showers, sauna and turkish bath; 2 massages rooms; face / body treatments; outdoor solarium area with whirlpool bath.

Families
Why is the Parco Torre Chia ideal for families? Here is a lists of facilities dedicated to the young guests: Mini Club for children from 3 to 11 years old (from June, 6th to September, 15th); the entertainment staff performs a show for kids every week; a special swimming pool for children (30mq), restaurant for kids with special menus and Baby Kitchen; connecting rooms; a garden of 2000 sqm; babysitting service (extra charge).

Restaurant
Sas Velas is the main restaurant: large buffet-style restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner with its view on the Chia Tower and on the pool. Guests can enjoy the delicacies such as pizza and fresh pasta. (half board with beverages included). This restaurant has also an outdoor barbeque area where Sardinian specialities are grilled, accompanied by a selection of typical wines from the island.

A Su Friscu restaurant - with à la carte service - is reserved for romantic dinners and fish and meat lovers.
Gluten-free dishes are available on request.

Breakfast between 7:30am and 10:30. Dinner 7pm -10pm.

At the poolside, the snack bar is open from 11am to 7pm: here guests can have drinks, ice creams and light snacks. After dinner, the bar serves tasty cocktails during the evening entertainment. At the Reception, on the ground floor of the main building, a tea / coffee corner is found with indoor and outdoor relax area.

Sports
The hotel provides tennis court and 5-a-side soccer (night use with extracharge) and an outdoor fitness area.

The Falkensteiner Resort Chia is the ideal hotel for your holidays: all services and activities are well organized to ensure you a holiday characterized by relax, tranquillity and fitness.

At the first floor - in the main building - you will find the Wellness Centre. Available for the guests: the Fitness Open Air and the Spa, whose path runs among outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Turkish bath and relax area. You can book massages and  body treatments for a fee.

At the Falkensteiner Resort Chia holiday means also Sport:  five-a-side field, two tennis courts,  tennis table and lots of water games (kayak, diving, snorkeling, boat rental, windsurfing) yoga and pilates classes.
