Yoga and relax for an unforgettable weekend in Sardinia
Give yourself the chance to experience a weekend focused on yourself, far from any routine and surrounded only by unspoiled nature. All this takes place two times this year: once in June, and another time in September. The package consists of 2 exclusive 4-day appointments in which you have to think of none other than… yourself. In fact, everything has already been designed and organized by the team of Tenuta Pilastru, the beautiful venue that will host the events. Along the north-east cost of Sardinia, around 35 km far from the closest airport (Olbia-Costa Smeralda), the beautiful hotel is surrounded by 180 hectares of vegetation, and accounts for 30 rooms equipped with all the comforts you might desire, including swimming pool and solarium in the garden.
Each of the four days offers new, great discoveries: you will have the chance to take part in short journeys across the region, taste reach meals accurately made with local products and ingredients, and overall you will undertake two sessions of Yoga. Adrian has been working for more than 10 years as a Yoga teacher, taking care of the preparation and training of many other teachers in this field. His experience is based on a well balanced mix of technics and Yoga philosophies, combining Vinyasa Krama, Hatha and Classic Ashtanga. Under Adian’s supervision you will experience something definitely unique, and ideal for every level of preparation.
