Pula, capital of biking for the Bike Fest Sardegna 2015

After last year’s success, Bike Festival Sardegna organizers are glad to announce that Su Polaris Park will host again the biggest event for bike lovers, for three days starting May 8th. Looking for overtaking the challenging outcomes of the first edition, that saw a presence of over 4000 visitors last April, the teams of Probike and Team Picci, supported by the municipality of Pula, are about to launch the new appointment, that will include events and experiences suiting all those passionate about the biking world. 

 

In a space of over 5000 hectares framed in the stunning environment of Su Polaris Park, populated by preserved wildlife species such as golden eagle, deers, weasels and hares living quietly in the surroundings of one of the top ranking Centre for scientific research and innovation at the Italian level, the second edition of the Bike Festival Sardegna 2015 provides visitors with new outputs to think about biking as an alternative, sustainable and more responsible approach to urban travelling. 

 

Accordingly, the program me includes not only biking rides and tracks for all needs and levels, but also a wide selection of workshops and demonstrations relating to the upkeep of your bike, practical tests, expo area with the major brands, while being overwhelmed by an informal and familiar atmosphere enriched by tasty recipes and entertainment performances also for kids.
